The software to encrypt USB flash drive
Q: Hey can anyone suggest me a software that i can use to encrypt my usb flash drive. i know some software but they only encrypt a specific file. what i want is tht wen someone clicks on the flash drive icon it should ask for the password.
A: There is no such a software that allows you to encrypt an USB drive, and then insert this USB drive to another using a password. Because the encryption software do encrypt files in USB drive instead of locking them. USB lock and encryption are two different ways to keep your files in safe.
